[Proj] How to get the list of projections available

Hi all,

is there a way in proj lib to get the list of projections available, 
programmatically?
I just need the name of all projections available to populate a table to 
expose to the user, similar to what the proj utility does with -l option 
(proj -l).
The proj utility is using the pj_get_list_ref() function, but it does 
not seem to be exposed in the proj_api.h file.

Is there any other way to get that info?
