[Proj] 4.9.0 Beta2 Available

I think that the bug relating to NTv2 hasn't been implemented into this release yet... this is a significant problem for implementing multilevel NTv2 grids - basically it doesn't work. This is a long standing bug - there is a patch file provided in
http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/attachment/ticket/177/0001-Fixing-NTv2-nested-grid-issues.patch
It would be great if this could be resolved at last.
