Hermann,

Pulkovo 1942(58) was changed for:

  http://trac.osgeo.org/geotiff/ticket/52

However, on reflection it was a wrong headed change on my part and I have
reverted it in libgeotiff, and will regenerate the epsg init file with the
old values for a new RC; hopefully tonight.
