[Proj] Remove wiki from GitHub page

For my previous email to the list I did a google search for the ntv2_0.gsb grid and was directed to the github wiki:

https://github.com/OSGeo/proj.4/wiki/NonFreeGrids

Since all the information from wiki has been transferred to the proj4.org website I think the wiki should be disabled
to make sure users read the up to date documentation.

Howard, or perhaps Even, can you disable the wiki on the GitHub page?
