[Proj] OSGeo Daytona Code Sprint Feb 6-10th

All,

There's still time to come to the OSGeo Daytona Code Sprint [1] and help us with the Proj.4 project. There is a rumor (unsubstantiated, but I hope it to be true) that a previous Proj.4 maintainer will also be in attendance [2]. 

I plan to spend some more time at the sprint on the concept of SQLite-based dictionaries for Proj.4 and work on website refinement.
