I don't think the program is designed for trasnformations between 
different projections. EPSG:25833 is transverse mercator, while 
EPSG:3068 is Cassini-Soldner.

Helmert parameters are calculated on Earth-centered XYZ coordinates of 
two different ellipsoids. See the sample test data at sourceforge.net
