[Proj] OSGeo Annual General Meeting - projects please join

Thanks for forwarding this, Jeff.

I don’t think anyone from the PROJ PSC is going to be physically present in Dar
but if necessary I can prepare a few slides or some other form of annual report for
the board to read. Please let me know what you need.
