[Proj] Proj-5.0.0 cct path to gridfiles

Hi 
When using cs2cs I don’t need to specify the path to gridfile (eg nadgrids
and geoidgrids). 
But with the new cct I find I get “cct: Bad transformation arguments -
(failed to load datum shift file)” unless I give full path. 
Using Windows 7 64 bit

Proj installed to 
C:\proj-5.0.0RC3\proj-5.0.0
Grids present in nad sub folder

Grids Also copied in
C:\proj\nad
