[Proj] local inertial to GPS coordinates conversion

Hello, 

I suppose you try to ask that if you can get projected coordinates in
your local mapping datum (UTM 32) from global WGS84 datum Earth angular
coordinates or backwards? - YES! that is exactly what you can do with
proj!
