[Proj] [MOTION] Call for vote on RFC2: Initial integration of "GDAL SRS barn" work

I would like to see a revised version before voting strong support.

The work is awesome!  Thanks Even for the hard work.  I just sent some
feedback on the PR.  Most of it is minor grammar stuff..  Apologies for not
reading and commenting on this RFC sooner.  And I see Even is already
powering through the comments.
