<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div>Folks,<br><br></div>With a wee prompt from Howard, I have reawakened the PROJ 4.9.0 release train after a few months asleep. I have gone through the open bugs, dealing with a few, and prepared a new beta release. <br>
