I’ve opened a pull request [0] with a few updates to the README and a new file listing all the including grid files, their sources and licenses. Please have a look at it and see if I’ve got everything right. If there’s something I’ve forgot please let me know.

Primarily to produce the proj-datumgrid archives alongside proj.<br class="">
