[rosa-users] Parameters to configure Rosa

Hi There,

 I have added the description of this functionnality in the documentation at :
http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/webtools/rosa/rosa_params.html, It is quite simple
to use :
  ex: <PARAM NAME="LOADING_MSG" VALUE="New loading message">
