[rosa-users] error in Rosa2000 when zooming

I am no expert, but I recall hearing that ROSA is using something called
LiveConnect to communicate between the Javascript and Java applet.  As I
recall LiveConnect is only available on Windows.  Perhaps even only in
IE, but again I'm not sure.
