hmm. If i try to open i get:
The instruction at "0x10006e76" point on 0x0000000c" The Process "read" cant
executed on memory.

Hm im very surprised. This file was making by my employer (?? who pay for
me), and he use a tool
from arc... i think. Dont know the corect name.

Would y say me whit what you files are created?

just in case of, is your .shp in a valid format ?

try it with http://www.ouhlavache.com/stv/ShpReader_beta.rar (my tool for
ready the shp files)

and if it works, i'll upload the sources and you'll can see the project
files !
