Dmitry:  It sounds like you have not included shapelib.dll in a standard 
path where .NET can find it.  Shapelib.cs is just a wrapper for the native 
shapelib.dll and requires its presence to operate.

I try to use shapelib.dll in my project .NET
And had included moodule shapelib.cs in my solution.

But when I start my application I had debug info:
Additional information: Can not load DLL (shapelib.dll).

Why? What is wrong?
