#13: Libxml2 version problem to validate against Schema

 On some (old ?) lixml2 version, XML Schema validation is wrong (return not
 valid, as the XML is despite conform against Schema)

 -> libxml2 2.6.31 -> Ok
 -> libxml2 2.6.30 -> Ok
 -> libxml2 2.6.19 -> Ko


 => Need to find by dichotomial tests, oldest libxml2 version with Schema
 validation OK
 => Add a test on version in configure step
