 There's still a lot of switch case with test on WFS version (1.0.0 or
 1.1.0) to choose to output GML 2 or 3.[[BR]]
 But we could imagine WFS 1.0.0 request with GML 3 format asked. And the
 reverse one (WFS 1.1 with GML 2)[[BR]]

 Need to use output format test base instead (with a default value if
 nothing provided) rather than service version.
