 Answer is: no ![[BR]]
 So remove id column from insert handle (and use gml:id instead[[BR]]
 Also remove id column from XSD schema provided by
 DescribeFeatureType[[BR]]
 Commited as r121[[BR]]
 Still to improve before closing this ticket:
  * gml namespace in gml:id handle
  * in gml 2.1.2 isn't it gml:fis instead ?
