Hi guys,

I've just commit a schema cache system,
Usefull for Fast-CGI persistent mode with transaction request (or FE).

XSD Schema is compute on the first request who need it,
and then keep on memory till the end of daemon lifetime.

First bench show a performance increase > x20 on transactions request.
