[TinyOWS-dev] TinyOWS and encoding

Hi all,

I'm now using TinyOWS with the new QGIS 1.6.0 version which supports WFS-T, 
everything seems to be 

working fine but the data's special characters.

Is there a way to set another encoding than UTF-8 ? ISO-8859-1 works fine for 
spanish.
