Ok i've just checked with TinyOWS trunk version and an INSERT unit
test (test/wfs/cite_wfs_1_1_0-sf0/0252) and the behaviour seems fine.


Could you check on your own with TinyOWS latest svn version ?

svn co http://www.tinyows.org/svn/tinyows
cd tinyows
autoconf

And then the 'classical'  ./configure, make and install steps.
