A short message to inform you, that TinyOWS 0.9.0 is out

  - Fast-CGI support:
     And that's the big improvement of this release, with
     an huge performance gain. (at least x2)

  - Error log handle
    No more need to recompile TinyOWS to print debug
    error, now with a simple configuration attribute you
    could log to a file

  - Improve --check behaviour

  - And a still a lot of debug stuff
    (A special Tks to François Prunayre for Talend integration)
