[TinyOWS-users] commit error: query string too long

Hi all.
I'm using TinyOWS 0.9 on Debian testing (package courtesy of Pirmin) 
with QGIS. For small geometries everything works smoothly, but if I edit 
moderately complex polygons I keep on getting:

Any hint?
