Yes that's a good suggestion indeed,
Added in trunk as r315

So now WFS 1.0.0 use short SRS in GeoJSON output (aka  EPSG;4326)
and WFS 1.1.0 use long CRS (aka urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:4326)
