Could you on the latest TinyOWS trunk version, provide a ./tinyows -- 
help results  ?

There's few things if found a bit strange:
- You're config show check_shema to 0, so you should skip the schema  
validation step
- Where come from http://gorla.local/cgi-bin/tinyows_gorla_cdu... as  
it's not the same value then tinows/online_resource ?

First guess is that your TinyOWS binary don't use the right config  
file...
