[TinyOWS-users] trouble with tinyows

For Apache could be an issue.
Infact Apache run by default with a nobody user.

However I change this setting to run Apache with the same user that I use
for all the files , but nothing change.

I'm using postgres 9.0.
Could this be an issue ?
