[TinyOWS-users] error mapfile.c in metadata_key()

i'm using 1.0.0rc3 (r572)
there is a error in mapfile.c

in the function metadata_key()

the verification for "tinyows_log" must be after "tinyows_log_level" as
mapfile.l
