Ok could you sent the SCALEBAR extract part of your previous mapfile ?
To try to reproduce the problem.

Look like indeed :)

Few little things to be able to reproduce/understand:

- Could you send a tinyows --check  output
- Could you activate the TinyOWS logs (log and log_level in tinyows  
config file)
   and send the HTTP query sended by your WFS client ?
