It was a different problem:
Import layer data: world
demo/install.sh: line 19: /usr/lib/postgresql/8.4/bin/shp2pgsql: No such
file or directory
Import layer data: france_dept
demo/install.sh: line 23: /usr/lib/postgresql/8.4/bin/shp2pgsql: No such
file or directory

In fact I have /usr/bin/shp2pgsql
