Generic mecanism to detect that a required server-side part of a plugin is not
loaded. Throw an exception in this case.
First code should detect if the plugin is on both client and server side
(ServerCaller interface implemented).
Then detect if client-side has received some information from server on the
considered plugin.

Note : exportPdf plugin is already implementing something for that
functionnality, but have no real server-side.
