That's not an error. The filename is indeed cartoserver.wsdl.php! It is a
php-generated WSDL document depending on the project/mapfile you use.
Look in cartoweb3/htdocs, you'll find such a file. You may even call it in your
browser, for instance:
http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/cartoserver.wsdl.php?mapId=test_main.test
