[Cartoweb-dev] preselect tab / pdfexport

Hi Christoph,

There is at the moment no configuration parameter to select the folder by 
default. The first folder to be displayed when a session start is always the 
n°1.
If your new tab is, for exemple, 6, simply change its label and folder id to 
1, and change the original tab 1 label and folder to 6.
The numeric order of the tab is not really important, as long as it starts 
at 1 and there is no gap in the numbering or identical numbers.

For exportpdf, I need to ask my colleagues, as I dont know
