[Cartoweb-users] Removing/adding layers from cartoweb demo

About adding and removing layers in the cartoweb demo,
you have to insert your layer in the mapfile first,
then modify the server_conf\layer.ini file. This file
maps the layers treeview (on the left). You also have
to modify the map.ini for layers startup status, and
maybe also another file from client_conf\...
