[Cartoweb-users] Removing/adding layers from cartoweb demo

What you might also want to do is to get started with no "layers.ini" 
file in your project. That way Cartoweb would automaticaly build a layer 
tree with all the layers found in the mapfile.
This allows you to test your application with an already build mapfile 
without having to fill the "layers.ini" file with the proper arguments.
