Hi David,
It seems that the calls to mapquery functions (for instance queryByRect() ) are done from the ServerQuery.php, which build and pass the layerId parameter. The list of layers available are given by $pluginManager->layers->getRequestedLayerNames();

I will implement the ServerMapquery.php file with the function querybyshape.....
For that my variable $layerid is not the good layer..... where is that variable build?
Is there a function to set it to the layer i want?
In which order is that variable build??? where can i see the order of the layer? (layers.ini)??
