I did a mistake in my problem description : it is not the select fonction but 
the query fonction !

here the error message :

message:   Attribute query returned no results. Layer: espece, idAttribute: 
gid, query: gid in ('17','18')

But It occurs only for my postgis layer not for the one from camptocamp test 
project (EDITPOLY layer) !

ok, I will try to patch maserver. Well any idea how to do this :-?
