Sorry it's a little copy/paste mistake ...

I have :

fr          fr_FR.ISO-8859-1
de        de_DE.ISO-8859-1
en        en_GB.ISO-8859-1

in /etc/locale.alias

and :

en_GB ISO-8859-1
fr_FR ISO-8859-1
de_DE ISO-8859-1

in /etc/locale.gen
