[Cartoweb-users] Unknown(): (null): Unable to initialise module

after soom search, it seems one of the modules loaded at startup by php is 
out of date
try disabling them all in php.ini (extension=..) and reenable them one by 
one till you find which one is causig the problem
I do suspect your wamp is too new ^_^
