[Cartoweb-users] How to give a polygon a fill colour and an outline colour?

Hi all,

I have a polygon of a the North Sea and i have managed to add a yellow 
coastline using a a circle symbol:

LAYER
    NAME "eastcoast"
    MINSCALE 5000
    TYPE POLYGON
    STATUS DEFAULT
    DATA "eastcoast"
    CLASS
      NAME COAST
      STYLE
	OUTLINECOLOR 255 215 0
	SYMBOL 'circle'
	SIZE 3
      END
    END
END

I would also like the body of the Polygon to be coloured Blue, but i'm not 
sure how to do this (while maintaing the yellow outline) - does anyone have 
any suggestions?
