[Cartoweb-users] How to give a polygon a fill colour and an outline colour?

Hi,
Just add "COLOR 0 0 150" after OUTLINECOLOR. The value is a RGB triplet : Red 
Green Blue. You can read the documentation of the mapserver to know all the 
features you can use : http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/mapfile
