[Cartoweb-users] How to give a polygon a fill colour and an outline colour?

Hi List,

In response to Jacolin Yves reply to my post:

This does not work. Instead it uses the SYMBOL 'circle' to color with, which 
fills the polygon with small blue circles rather than a pure blue fill. Any 
further suggestions gladly received.
