[Cartoweb-users] How to give a polygon a fill colour and an outline colour?

Hi,
I think it is normal. The symbol parameter refers to the symbol inside the 
polygons not to the polygon's outline. 

How can you draw a line with a circle as you try to do it ? I am not sure if 
you can change the width of the outline of the polygone.
