Than Oliver abd Alexander for their answers. At last i was able to proceed 
with the mo 2 po compilation.
I have to reports the missing of 2 .dll for the Windows environment.
The compilator anyway warn u about them: libiconv2.dll and libxepat.dll
You can download these files from the net.
Also I had to copy and rename the php_mapscript.dll into just mapscript.dll 
cause this name is required by the script.
