[Cartoweb-users] The page cannot be disoplayed

Hi,


I try this command on line of command on WindowsXP


sp0108097 - my machine server

php cw3setup.php --install --base-url http://sp0108097/cartoweb3/htdocs/



I try too ping on other machine to my server machine and return ok.
