1. Install Wamp (wamp5_1.6.1.exe)
2. Install Cartoweb (cartoweb-setup-3.2.0.exe)
3. Install Gettext (gettext-0.14.4.exe)
4. php cw3setup.php --install --base-url
http://sp0108097/cartoweb3/htdocs/ --project geo

5. Create a C:\wamp\www\cartoweb3\htdocs\geo.php
