[Cartoweb-users] Encoding in translations

Hello,

our application uses UTF-8 encoding which works fine as long as I do not 
use internationalization features. All text in the templates is in 
UTF-8. Also the data in Postgres are in UTF and disply correcly. If I 
call client2pot/server2pot, I get po files in UTF-8. However, after 
translation, LATIN 1 characters are inserted in the generated HTML.

Since all files are saved UTF-8 and all encoder classes are set to UTF, 
I do not know what I have to change.

By the way, everything is running on Windows XP.
