[Cartoweb-users] frame around map

Hi all,
I need to draw a "metrical" frame around the map ( see fig) , That frame
should be drawn into the pdf too.  The frame is composed by two rectangles
where the inner has some equispatially marks . Has anybody already solved
this problem ?
