thanks, now i've tried it too : but i always have the same bad
re-projection result :
i don't have any error message !
So the question still is :
Can someone say : proj.dll *works *under windows, or not ?
especially from wgs84 to lambert IIe ?
this french topic speak about the right epsg code for LIIe

now, it's is recommended to use *27572 * in place of *27582 *
i've tried this also ... but no results
