[Cartoweb-users] Downloading from cvs

hi Paul

the first one is the same as the second one but integrated into the setup 
script.
both require you install the cvs binaries or package for your system:
debian/ubuntu http://packages.debian.org/stable/devel/cvs
windows http://www.tortoisecvs.org/ (there are other but I like that one) 
add path to cvs exe into your system environments variables
